確かに携帯をさわってると、仕事してるんだか遊んでるんだか微妙な感じがしますよね。その局員さんは決して遊んでるわけではなかったのですが、お客さんにはそう見えてしまったわけです。頭を悩ませたその局では、どうしたと思いますか？　

なんと、「真っ赤な携帯電話」を局員に支給しなおしたんです!(^^)! 赤い携帯電話が、郵便局のイメージにぴったりだったのでしょう。それからはこういったクレームは一切来なくなったそうですよ。そのくらいデザインのイメージって強烈なわけです。
